What is the ELI?
The Energy Leadership Index – ELI* is an attitudinal assessment, which provides a unique lens on self-awareness and emotional intelligence. It measures your level of energy based on your attitude, perception, and perspective of your world. It can help you look closely at where and how you’re investing your energy. Utilizing the ELI, you can alter your attitude and perspective, consciously choose the energy level that serves you in a given moment to achieve desired outcome: boost productivity, communication, reduce stress, enhance relationships, be more confident, and achieve your full potential.
The ELI can also be administered as a 360 to get insights from key stakeholders.

What is CliftonStrengths?
The CliftonStrengths for Leaders* assessment helps you discover what you naturally do best based on your strengths. You’ll get an understanding on how leadership domains (executing, influencing, relationship building or strategic thinking) contribute to your success, how they could get in your way, and how to apply them. You’ll be able to use the results to thrive at work, maximize your potential and ultimately be a more successful leader.

What is the role of a coach?
A coach supports you in your journey to identify your core values and strengths, challenges you to view the world differently, helps you discover what you truly want, supports you with designing step-by-step action plans to achieve your vision/goals, and holds you accountable for taking action. You as the client will set the goal for each session and I will support you to identify what may hold you back, discover your energy level, and what may get you closer to reaching your vision and goals. All conversations are confidential and you can be yourself in this safe environment.
What is the role of a facilitator?
A facilitator creates a psychologically safe environment where participants feel free to share their challenges and thoughts. The facilitator ensures maximum engagement and a fun learning environment. They share insights, stories and knowledge and challenge participant’s point of view to maximize learning. You as the client will set the objective for each workshop and the facilitator will support you in offering suggestions and creating an agenda with various exercises.
How will this partnership work?
It’s all about YOU: your vision/goals – your agenda – your energy – your plan. As an iPEC – Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching* certified coach, I’ll be using various tools and thought-provoking questions that will help you reach your full potential and reveal the unique and perfect you. As your accountability partner, I’ll help you create a plan to achieve your vision/goals and implement them throughout our engagement. It can be uncomfortable at times, and rewarding at the same time.

What happens if I don’t want to continue?
If dissatisfied with the experience, you must notify me in writing within 5 working days of your last coaching session of the initial month.
What happens if I want to continue?
Upon completion of the initial coaching agreement, another package can be purchased.
Upon completion of the consulting agreement, a new one can be set up.
