A coach supports you in your journey to identify your core values and strengths, challenges you to view the world differently, helps you discover what you truly want, supports you with designing step-by-step action plans to achieve your vision/goals, and holds you accountable for taking action.
You as the client will set the goal for each session and I will support you to identify what may hold you back, discover your energy level, and what may get you closer to reaching your vision and goals. All conversations are confidential, and you can be yourself in this safe environment.
